Housekeeping fell short with our towels not being replaced during a three-day stay!!! Maintenance is needed for luggage carts, outdated and falling apart!!! Trash accumulation in common areas was quite unsightly!!!

The hotel was in a favourable location, on public areas. There was Tropical Smoothie Cafe nearby, offering quick meals.

All fine, but noise issues

My previous visits in maumelle always met expectations, but this time i was delighted by the hand-written welcome note and fresh cookies upon arrival. The walk-in shower was spacious and the breakfast featured a variety of options like scrambled eggs and waffles.

Clean and spacious room, but air conditioning blew directly on the bed.

Housekeeping could use a serious overhaul-during my entire three-night visit, they didn't replace towels or clean the room on a day when we were out for hours. The room's air conditioning system blew directly into my face while I was trying to sleep was good. Finally, I was awakened too early by breakfast preparations due to insufficient soundproofing, which might be a bother for light sleepers.

Stunningly beautiful hotel, well stocked rooms, excellant breakfast, amazingly nice staff. A wide range of goodies for breakfast. Peaceful location cLOSE TO THE EVENT CENTER THAT WE ANTENTED.

The lobby's modern decor and spacious seating. Cleanliness was excellent. The outdoor seating area was perfect for enjoying the lovely weather.

More accessible seating options would be helpful.

The location is perfect for exploring Maumelle and North Little Rock. The lobby looked fantastic. It had a modern design and felt cute. My room, a King Non-Smoking, offered a comfortable bed. The bathroom was excellent with a walk-in shower that was really spacious. Breakfast offered a decent variety, like scrambled eggs, sausage, and waffles. My room had a faint smell that lingered, probably from a pet previous guests had. The carpet could use an upgrade. It looked a bit worn and frayed in areas. On a couple of occasions, I noticed housekeeping missed replacing towels , a letdown. The noise from breakfast prep was early, waking me up sooner than expected. It would be better if they had some soundproofing there.

The King Room I stayed in was nice and quiet, just like I requested. Everything was clean, and the bathroom had a fresh smell to it, which I loved. The bed was comfy, but pillows were a bit too soft for my taste. Otherwise, it was a good spot to relax after a long day.
